Research Analyst, Tourism Australia
Hayley Harris joined Tourism Australia in October 2015. She is currently responsible for delivering a comprehensive international market research and analysis program to help inform and support strategic direction and campaign development at Tourism Australia. Most notably, managing the Consumer Demand Project, an opportunity to build foundation knowledge through better understanding what motivates consumers when selecting a holiday destination. The research has been used to help shape the future marketing of Australia and identify opportunities to make the country’s tourism offering more attractive to overseas visitors.
Prior to her career in tourism Hayley worked for global Market research company Millward Brown for over 7 years, understanding consumer behaviour across a wide variety of industries in both Australia and the UK.
